A compilation of four previously released albums and recordings, released exclusively on cassette tape by the band in 1983.
Side A: The complete full length album "Mjötviður mær" - previously released on vinyl LP and cassette in 1981.
Side B: Their debut single "Útfrymi (Life transmission)" plus their EP "Iður til fóta" - orignially released on 7" and 10" vinyl in 1981.
The last song on side B is their live recorded film score to "Brennu-Njálssaga" - performed and recorded live in August 1981 and previously released on their EP cassette "Iður til fóta / Brennu-Njálssaga" in 1981.
