Side one is all acoustic, solo Dylan.
Side two are all electric tracks backed by The Band, uncredited [Robbie Robertson-electric lead guitar, Rick Danko-electric bass, Levon Helm-drums, Richard Manuel-keyboards, Garth Hudson-piano, organ, clavinet, all but Garth provide backing vocals where needed].
This stereo record can be played with every modern light-weight pick-up. The stereo sound, however, is reproduced only when stereo-equipment is used.
