The intro sample on Fear:The Mindkiller is from the album "James Bernard With Christopher Lee ‎– Hammer Presents Dracula" at around 3:29 on side A.

Oh man this was the album when it came out. So many good tracks and still sounds great. It's just straight up savage and flowing at the same time. Cannot state enough how much this album is one of the greatest techno albums of all time. Has it's own unique sound and thats very rare in the techno genre. No songs are repetitive and boring only constantly changing as a true break beat techno album should be.
