Side A contains the pre-release/unreleased demo version of "Longing" with partially different lyrics, guitar solos, arrange and also without drums. This version is different from the final cut versions included on the "Longing 〜跡切れた Melody〜" single (Aug 1995), "Longing 〜切望の夜〜" single (Dec 1995) and "Dahlia" album (Nov 1996).

Side B contains the studio rehearsal/practice session recording ("Scars", "Dahlia", "Longing", and "Break The Darkness").
